1. A detection set for detecting HLA alleles using a real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) comprising:
primer sets which are able to specifically amplify the HLA alleles, and a fluorescent probe which is able to detect amplification of the HLA alleles; wherein the primer sets are primer sets specific to HLA-A*01 set forth in SEQ ID NOS: 14 and 29;
