摘要 <p>The method involves actuating a sensor with a timing sequence of electromagnetic radiation impulses (101,103). The impinged radiation pulses corresponding to a pixel data, are formed by repeatedly performing a sequentially reading of the pixels of the sensor such that a time interval between a start time point of the respective sequential reading and a timing sequence assigned application point of time is varied. The intrinsic parameters are calculated based on a respective sequential readout pixel data and a respective sequential readout time. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a device for determining the respective intrinsic parameters of the pixels of a sensor of a microbolometer; (2) a method for processing pixel data; and (3) a computer program for determining the respective intrinsic parameters of the pixels of a sensor of a microbolometer and/or for processing pixel data.</p>
