The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of dry baby food, and specifically, to a mixed baby food consisting of grains, vegetables and fruits. The manufacturing method of dry baby food includes: a process of using rice as a main ingredient, selecting banana and sunflower seeds as raw materials for baby food, and washing; a process of soaking the washed rice and dehydrating, pulverizing, inputting into a drier and powderizing; a process of pre-processing raw materials by blanching or steaming banana and sunflower seeds according to the properties thereof; a process of powderizing the banana and sunflower seeds by pulverizing the banana and sunflower seeds with a conventional pulverizer; and a freeze drying process of mixing 35-40 parts by weight of powdered rice, 60-65 parts by weight of powdered banana and 1-5 parts by weight of powdered sunflower seeds, inputting into a freeze-drying system, and maintaining the moisture content of 1-5%. |
