PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a flexible film (fragmented laminate) which has a flat torn surface, and in which breakage of a thin glass is suppressed, by cutting a laminate having the thin film and a resin layer.SOLUTION: A production method of a flexible film comprises a step of cutting of a laminate including a thin glass having a thickness of 100 μm or less and a resin layer arranged on one side or both sides of the thin glass. The production method of a flexible film comprises the steps of: providing a groove from the outer surface side of the resin layer; and cutting the laminate along the groove.
