PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel and an imaging device that can facilitate a position adjustment of an optical axis of a lens, and are resistant even to an impact.SOLUTION: A lens barrel 10 according to the present invention comprises: a lens holding frame 30 that holds a lens L3 and has a first hole 31 provided in an outer periphery; a holding frame stationary barrel 13 that is arranged in an outer periphery of the lens holding frame 30 and has a first opening part 110 provided in a peripheral surface; position adjustment members 120 and 130 that have a second hole 132 provided, are mounted by being aligned in an optical axis with respect to the first opening part 110; and a stationary member 140 that passes through the second hole 132 of the position adjustment members 120 and 130 to be inserted into the first hole 31, and thereby regulates a position in the optical axis of the lens holding frame 30. The second hole 132 is provided so as to be decentered from a center of the optical axis of the first opening part 110 when the position adjustment members 120 and 130 are mounted to the first opening part 110. |
