PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel and an imaging device that can suppress a rise in costs or reduction in accuracy.SOLUTION: A lens barrel 100 according to the present invention comprises: a first barrel 120; a cam barrel 150 that is located on an inner side of the first barrel 120, rotates with respect to the first barrel 120 and moves in an optical axis; and a plurality of lens groups that is located on an inner side of the cam barrel 150, and has, in order from a subject side, a front side lens group L3, an intermediate lens group L4 and a rear side lens group L5 arranged. When the cam barrel 150 rotates with respect to the first barrel 120 and moves in the optical axis, the front side lens group L3 and the rear side lens group L5 are guided by a cam mechanism formed in the cam barrel 150 and moves in the optical axis with respect to the first barrel 120, and when the cam barrel 150 rotates with respect to the first barrel 120 and moves in the optical axis, the intermediate lens group L4 has a position in the optical axis unchanged with respect to the first barrel 120. |
