PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of blue light, while suppressing the reduction of the visibility of the display of a display part.SOLUTION: A display control device comprises: an input part receiving the input of display data; and a display control part displaying a screen corresponding to the inputted display data on a display part. The display control part specifies a region other than an image region in the screen displayed on the display part and performs the display on the display part, so as to reduce the output of light with a specified wavelength band from the display part, in the specified region.
