<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor using coating liquid for undercoat layer, which can be cured at low temperature, does not increase in viscosity easily, and high in the dispersion stability of zinc oxide particles.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrophotographic photoreceptor having an undercoat layer comprises the step of preparing a coating liquid for an undercoat layer, which contains zinc oxide particles, polyol resin, blocked isocyanate compound in which an isocyanate group is blocked in a specific structure, and mixed solvent. The mixed solvent contains 1 or more equivalent monovalent alcohol with respect to the specific structure and 90% or less monovalent alcohol by mass with respect to the total mass of the mixed solvent. The mixed solvent contains solvent of 7% or more, constituted from keton solvent or/and cyclic ether solvent, by mass with respect to the total mass of the mixed solvent.</p> |
