The wearable mobile device communicates with a telemetry system. The telemetry system has a database that includes base individual information selected from at least one of, individual physiological information, information that is indicative of the individual's activities, data indicative of one or more contextual parameters of the individual and information regarding a degree to which an individual has followed a routine.
