A respiration tracking apparatus (100) and a radiation therapy system, related to the field of radiation therapy. The respiration tracking apparatus (100) comprises: a respiration control module (110) that is connected to an analysis and comparison module (120) and is used for controlling an outputted respiratory flow and respiratory frequency, and for transmitting time trajectory coordinate values of a positional movement of a tumor and respiratory waveform and frequency of a patient to the analysis and comparison module (120); the analysis and comparison module (120) that is connected to a therapy control module (130), compares the respiratory waveform and frequency of the patient with respiratory waveform and frequency collected during planning and design, and, when the difference is less than or equal to a predetermined value, instructs the therapy control module (130) to control, on the basis of the time trajectory coordinate values of the positional movement of the tumor, a therapy apparatus (200) to conduct a therapy; and, the therapy control module (130) that controls, on the basis of the instruction of the analysis and comparison module (120), the therapy apparatus (200) to conduct the therapy. The respiration tracking apparatus (100) and the radiation therapy system are capable of tracking precisely and treating a tumor that moves in position due to respiration. |
