<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in that in a case where amounts of power generation in a plurality of solar battery strings, such as the case where the numbers of solar battery modules composing a plurality of solar battery strings, are different, the measurement of a voltage at a parallel connection point cannot ensure accurate detection of the respective open voltages of the solar battery strings.SOLUTION: During an off period of a first switch and during a period of time that a voltage opposite the first power source of a first reverse flow prevention circuit is controlled so as to have the first power source side voltage of the first reverse flow prevention circuit, an open circuit voltage acquisition part acquires the first open voltage value of a first power source. Based on comparison between the first open voltage value and a first reference voltage value predetermined based on the characteristics of the first power source, a power source abnormality determination part determines whether the first power source is in an abnormal state or not.</p> |
