<p>A wok washing apparatus (6) applicable in a fully automated cooking machine, comprising a machine frame (11) and, fixed onto the machine frame (11), a wok (12), a rotating mechanism (13), a flipping mechanism (14), a washing component (15), and a water-collecting basin (16). The rotating mechanism (13) is connected to the wok (12) to control the wok (12) to rotate. The flipping mechanism (14) is used for fixing the wok (12) onto the frame (11) and for controlling the wok (12) to flip. The washing component (15) comprises a linear motor (151), a wok-washing brush (152) that is controlled by the linear motor into being retracted or lowered, a water inlet pipe (153), and a water inlet pipe switch (1531). The rotating mechanism (13), the flipping mechanism (14), the linear motor (151), and the water inlet pipe switch (1531) are all connected to a master control device (7) of the cooking machine, and execute corresponding actions on the basis of control commands issued by the master control device (7). By means of said structure and scheme, implementation of automatic wok-washing after cooking is allowed, thus increasing the degree of automation.</p> |
