The present invention relates to a dome camera and a manufacturing method thereof. The dome camera according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a camera, a driving unit which is arranged on the lower side of the camera and rotates the camera, a base which is combined with the driving unit and is mounted on a surrounding structure, and a dome which is continuously integrated with a transparent material and simultaneously covers a part of the base with the camera and the driving unit.
