The present invention relates to a recombinant colon bacillus having enhanced heme productivity and a biological method of producing heme using the same. The recombinant colon bacillus, according to an embodiment of the present invention, has enhanced heme productivity compared to a parental strain by the biological method of producing heme using the culture thereof. Thereby, heme, which can also be safely used as an iron source, can be produced economically. |
