PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity distribution cloud system and a program enabling a state of commodity distribution to be managed and also notifying a shipper of the latest distribution state of a package.SOLUTION: A commodity distribution management server of the commodity distribution cloud system includes: an operation management unit 210 for receiving a delivery request of a package, allocating resources which include a transport vehicle and person for transporting the package to support creation of an operation plan, and registering created operation plan data in an operation database; a dynamic phase management unit 220 for acquiring the latest position information and date information on the transport vehicle of the package through a network and registering the information in a dynamic phase database as an operation log; and an order management unit 230 for, in response to a delivery state request received from the network, acquiring map information for displaying a delivery destination of the package and the latest position of the transport vehicle by using the position information and date information acquired by the dynamic phase management unit 220, allocating a different graphic object to synthesize it on the map information, and transmitting it to the shipper or delivery request source. |
