VIDEO ENCODING/DECODING METHOD AND DEVICE OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video encoder for improving video encoding/decoding efficiency.SOLUTION: A video encoder includes: a prediction block generation section which generates a prediction block by performing intra-prediction on a current block by using a DC mode and filters a pixel of a filtering object in the prediction block to generate a final prediction block; and a restoration block generation section which generates a restoration block on the basis of the final prediction block and a restored differential block corresponding to the current block. The pixel of the filtering object includes: a left vertical prediction pixel line which is one vertical pixel line positioned in the leftmost side of the prediction block and an upper horizontal prediction pixel line which is one horizontal pixel line positioned on the uppermost side of the prediction block.
