PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check whether a puncture needle is not deviating from a scan face of an ultrasound diagnostic device.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic device has a determination section, a projection image generation section and a display section. The determination section determines at least either an angle horizontal or an angle perpendicular to a scan face of a probe of an ultrasonic diagnostic device to be the X-ray radiation direction on the basis of position information on the probe acquired from the ultrasonic diagnostic device. The projection image generation section generates projection image data in which an ultrasonic image of the scan face is projected in the X-ray radiation direction on the basis of the position information and the X-ray irradiation direction. The display section displays X-ray image data including the puncture needle imaged in the X-ray radiation direction and the projection image data generated by the projection image generation section.
