PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that achieves, at a high level, suppression of image deletion and potential variation after a repeated use.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a charge transport layer as a surface layer; and the charge transport layer contains a specific charge transport compound and a specific binder resin, and satisfies the following formula (4-1): X
