<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer film which uses a polyvinyl alcohol resin as a release film and uses a radical polymerizable resin composition layer as a protective layer, and in particular, a thermal transfer film excellent in adhesiveness after a weathering test.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a thermal transfer film in which a holding layer, a decorative layer, a radical polymerizable resin composition layer, and a release film containing a polyvinyl alcohol resin as a main component are provided in this order, the radical polymerizable resin composition layer contains 20-80 mass% or a thermoplastic resin, and 20-70 mass% of a polymerizable compound having a (meth)acryloyl group having a number average molecular weight of 100-1,500, with respect to the total solid amount, and the radical polymerizable resin composition layer is coated and laminated on the decorative layer provided on the holding layer.</p> |
