PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve poor lubrication between a cylindrical roller and an eccentric cam part for achieving long life in a bearing unit in which lubrication oil passes through between an inner and an outer race of a conical roller bearing to be supplied to between an outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical roller and an outer peripheral surface of an eccentric cam part.SOLUTION: A bearing unit 2 includes, on all over the periphery of cylindrical roller bearings 6, 7, guide parts 20, 21 which guides lubrication oil passing through between inner races 41, 51 and outer races 43, 53 of conical roller bearings 4, 5 into between outer peripheral surfaces 61a, 71a of cylindrical rollers 61, 71 and outer peripheral surfaces 33, 34 of eccentric cam parts 31, 32.
