PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pivot hinge that enables one person to easily suspend a door alone by temporarily fitting a pivot shaft to a pivot bearing tool fitted to a door frame and then fully fixing the pivot shaft.SOLUTION: A frame-side plate 3 has a substrate part 32 fixed to a door frame and a hook part 33 extending at right angles to the substrate 32. The hook part has a first curved claw 34, extending to a side of the door frame, atop. An upper plate 4 forms an inner chamber 42 adjacently to an upper side of the hook part. The inner chamber is provided with a suspension plate 5, a lock plate 6, and a spring. The suspension plate can be in slide motion and has a second curved claw 52 atop. The pivot shaft can be caught with the fixed first curved claw 34 and the slidable second curved claw 52. |
