PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation system and an operation method of the power generation system capable of stably operating a gas turbine.SOLUTION: A power generation system comprises: a fuel battery; a gas turbine; a waste oxidizing gas line; a fuel gas supply line; a waste fuel gas supply line; a supply amount adjusting part; and a control device having an information acquisition part, a calculation part and a fuel gas supply control part. Therein, the information acquisition part acquires output command of the gas turbine, atmosphere temperature, temperature of waste oxidizing gas to be supplied to the gas turbine and temperature of waste fuel gas supplied to the gas turbine, and the calculation part calculates heat input of the waste oxidizing gas with calculation, calculates heat input of waste fuel gas, performs calculation with the output command and the atmosphere temperature, calculates gas turbine heat input command, performs calculation with the gas turbine heat input command and heat input of waste oxidizing gas, calculates gas turbine heat input command, performs calculation with the gas turbine fuel heat input command and heat input of waste fuel gas and calculates the supply amount of fuel gas. |
