The present invention provides a specimen compression device including a compression unit which compresses a specimen to one axis; a lateral deformation prevention unit which prevents lateral deformation during compression of the specimen by the compression unit, by being formed on the lower part of the compression unit; and a support unit which supports the specimen from the lower part by being formed on the lower part of the lateral deformation prevention unit.
