Novelty: a mode and method for the production of a nutritional preparation is disclosed. Ingredients: 500 gr of thyme honey, 30 gr of Goji berry, 20 gr of hippophaes, 10 gr of Chios mastic and 5 gr of Ceylon cinnamon, all powedered and mixed up in the right proportions. Purpose; to prepare a mixture which invigorates the human organism, reinforces the immune system, regulates the metabolism and blood sugar, and acts against ageing and cardiovascular diseases; it is a natural antioxidant containing trace elements, metals, B complex vitamins (B1,B2,B6), B-carotene, B-cytosterol, vitamin C (the C-vitamin content being 15 times higher than in orange), vitamin K, unsaturated fat acids (ω-3,ω-6,ω-7, ω-9), aminoacids and antioxidant compositions (polyphenols and phenolic acids) as well. |
