The present invention relates to a method for preparing a hollow-type metal oxide-silicate nanoparticle, comprising the steps of preparing core-shell particles having metal oxide silicate shells formed by making silane compounds and metal precursors react with template cores consisting of micell or reverse micell of organic polymers; and forming tiny pores on the shell by making the core-shell particles react with a basic aqueous solution or acidic aqueous solution.
