The present invention relates to a composition containing amaranth with improved storage, and a method to produce the same. More specifically, only amaranth is contained, or amaranth and quinoa are contained at a specific ratio; such that foods, beverages, and cosmetic compositions have improved storage and have anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-virus effects. A method to produce a food additive containing amaranth for which storage is improved, tastes and flavors are maintained for a long time, and bad smells are reduced is also provided. |
