PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core shell type particle which reduces pressure rise of a column, improves theoretical plate number of the column, and is excellent in acid-resisting alkalinity, and a manufacturing method for the same.SOLUTION: A core shell type particle contains a porous resin layer on an inorganic core particle. A manufacturing method of the core shell type particle containing the porous resin layer on the inorganic core particle includes the steps of: grafting a polymer on the inorganic core particles; and dispersing the inorganic core particle, on which the polymer is grafted, in a solvent for a polymerization, and making one or more kinds of monomers containing at least cross-linking monomer react with a polymerization initiator on the polymer. |
