<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a transformer by ensuring an insulation distance for a tap drawing part and by reducing the height of the coil.SOLUTION: In order to make it easy to connect a tap lead wire, the straight part of the long edge of a coil cross-section is not bent along the periphery thereof but is extended as it is, and is projected in a coil radial direction beyond the conductor portion of the outermost periphery of the other steps of the coil. The projecting distance of the coil in a radial direction thereof is adjusted, and tap drawing parts 6b' and 6d' are arranged so as to project further outside than tap drawing parts 6a', 6c', and 6e' in a radial direction of the coil. Thereby the insulation distances between the tap drawing parts are ensured, and the number of steps between tap drawing parts is decreased, thus reducing the size of the coil.</p> |
