<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a risk marker for gastrointestinal bleeding that is a problem as a side effect of LDA oral administration, and means for determining a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding using the same.SOLUTION: In the case of LDA oral administration in which small intestinal bleeding or upper gastrointestinal bleeding are caused, the means for determining a risk of LDA-induced gastrointestinal bleeding includes detecting SNP with significantly higher allele frequency compared to a control group. The reagent for determining a risk of LDA-induced gastrointestinal bleeding includes a nucleic acid which can detect the SNP.</p> |
