The invention relates to cryogenic technology. A cryogenic pipeline contains a pipeline enveloped in layers, at least two of which are thermally insulating. A portion of the layers is comprised of pairs. The inner layer of each pair is made of a fibrous thermally insulating material, and the outer layer is made of a cellular thermally insulating material, the number of such pairs in a pipeline being no fewer than two. Achieved is the maintaining of a constant value of thermal insulation effectiveness of a cryogenic pipeline over an extended period of time, and also extending the service life of a cryogenic pipeline.
