PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for collecting foliage of Glycyrrhiza, which can greatly increase the number of times of harvesting in an above-ground part including polyphenols in large amounts, by efficiently growing Glycyrrhiza.SOLUTION: A reaping step of reaping foliage 7 and 8 of an above-ground part of grown Glycyrrhiza after growing Glycyrrhiza by hydroponics, in a position in which a stem part is left by some nodes, is repeated for obtainment of the foliage 7 and 8.
