PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document distribution server which prevents something displayed in a display terminal from being differently printed or displayed in a printer or another display terminal.SOLUTION: A document distribution server of the embodiment comprises: analysis conversion rendering means for allowing a processor to control to convert print document data into display print common format data which allows for display and print in a display terminal and printer in the same format and render it; and transmission means for allowing the processor to control to transmit the display print common format data to the printer when printing is required from the display terminal.
