PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, system and method for forwarding a communication from a communication receiving device to a destination device on the basis of an ID of a user of the destination device.SOLUTION: The method comprises: receiving a request for a user presence probability of a specified user; determining a measured user-specific characteristic on the basis, at least in part, of detected one or more physical characteristics of the user; comparing the measured user-specific characteristic to a stored user-specific characteristic to determine a characteristic-specific user presence probability; and determining the user presence probability on the basis, at least in part, of the characteristic-specific user presence probability.
