<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water stop member for a cable insertion hole having a waterproof structure in a casing cable insertion hole of a drawing cable for a functional component to be used by being drawn out of a casing of a waterproof specification of an electronic device.SOLUTION: A rubber-made water stop member 10 for a cable insertion hole is attached to a casing cable insertion hole 4 of a drawing cable 3 which is put in and pulled out with respect to a casing 2 of a waterproof specification of an electronic device 1. The water stop member 10 comprises: a tapered inside member 11 positioned inside of the casing; a hole inside member 12 which is adhered to the cable insertion hole 4; and a thick outside member 13 which is positioned outside of the casing. A water stop ring 15 is provided in the cable hole 14 which penetrates the inside member 11, the hole inside member 12 and the outside member 13 and through which the drawing cable 3 is inserted. In a thick portion of the outside member 13, a circumferential groove 16 is provided which has a larger diameter than that of the cable hole 14. On a bottom face of the circumferential groove 16, a drain hole 17 is provided which is communicated to the outside. Therefore, water is prevented from being infiltrated into the casing 2 even when the cable 3 is moved in the cable hole 14.</p> |
