<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overheat prevention device for a gas range which can reduce the width, can improve burning quality, can be miniaturized and improves reliability.SOLUTION: An overheat prevention device for a gas range includes a heat collecting plate 10 which is stuck to a bottom surface of a pot put on a pot underlay of a gas range, a sensing element 20 which is arranged closely onto the bottom surface of the heat collecting plate 10, senses heat of the heat collecting plate 10 and is provided with a cable 21 which is elongated to a lower edge part and is connected to a controller (unillustrated), an element protector 30 which surrounds and protects the sensing element 20, a spring 40 which elastically supports the bottom surface of the element protector 30, a guide 50 which supports the lower edge part of the spring 40, a shaft 60 which allows the guide 50 and the upper edge part thereof to be connected and allows the lower edge part to be elongated to the lower side and a case 70 which surrounds the spring 40 and the outer circumference part of the guide 50 while the heat collecting plate 10 and the upper edge part thereof are integrally connected and surrounds the outer circumference surface upper edge part of the shaft 60 while the lower edge part thereof supports the bottom surface of the guide 50 and is caused to elastically rise and fall up and down with respect to the shaft 60.</p> |
