PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rareness level calculation unit capable of appropriately determining importance level of a new keyword in plural contents including contents the number of which increases as time passes.SOLUTION: A rareness level calculation unit 1 comprises: a keyword acquisition section 10 that acquires a keyword to be marked from the contents; a marked content counting section 20 that counts the number of the marked contents satisfying a condition corresponding to the marked keyword in the plural contents; a specific content counting section 21 that counts the number of a specific content including the marked keyword in the marked contents; and a rareness level calculation section 22 that calculates the rareness level of the marked keyword on the basis of the number of the marked contents and the specific contents.
