<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform highly accurate measurement over a broad temperature range in a contact type thermometer.SOLUTION: A contact type thermometer 100 according to the present invention has: a thermistor 30; reference resistance 7; a capacitance variable circuit 62 that is connected to the thermistor 30 and the reference resistance 7; and a controller 60. The controller 60 counts an initial discharge time serving as a discharge time when discharging a charge accumulated in the capacitance variable circuit 62 through the thermistor 30 with a capacitance of the capacitance variable circuit 62 as a predetermined initial capacitance, selects the capacitance of the capacitance variable circuit 62 on the basis of the counted time of the initial discharge time, and calculates a temperature of a specific object by measuring a discharge time when discharging the charge accumulated in the capacitance variable circuit 62 in the selected capacitance through the thermistor 30, and a discharge time when discharging the charge accumulated in the capacitance variable circuit 62 in the selected capacitance through the reference resistance 7.</p> |
