<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overheat prevention device for a gas range which minimizes such concern that a shaft and a case are fastened to each other by boiled and overflowing soup.SOLUTION: An overheat prevention device is composed of a shaft 40 including a spring support part of a large diameter structure which surrounds an outer circumference part of the lower end of a spring 30 for supporting a heat collecting plate 20 stuck to a bottom surface of a pot 10, a spring underlay part which is folded from the lower end part to the central axis direction and supports a bottom surface of the spring and a shaft main body of a small diameter structure elongated from an inner circumference surface of the spring underlay part to the lower side, and a case 50 which has a central part of surrounding the spring and the spring support part of the shaft, is provided with a folded part folded to the inside so as to support the bottom surface of the spring underlay part on the lower end part, and is again elongated to the lower side from the folded part and is caused to elastically rise and fall up and down with respect to the shaft while surrounding the outer circumference surface upper end part of the shaft main body. In order to prevent soup from being caused to flow in, sticking prevention means of another separation type structure is provided on the case corresponding to the inflow part.</p> |
