A wok apparatus (1) applicable in a fully automated cooking machine, comprising: a wok (11), an electromagnetic heating coil (12), an electromagnetic heating apparatus (13), a wok flipping apparatus (14), and a wok working position control apparatus (15). The electromagnetic heating coil (12) surrounds the outer wall of the wok (11) and is controlled by the electromagnetic heating apparatus (13) to heat the wok (11). The wok flipping apparatus (14) is connected to the wok (11) to control the wok (11) to implement 360-degree rotation. The wok working position control apparatus (15) is used for fixing the wok (11) onto a machine frame (10) of the cooking machine and for controlling the wok (11) to implement 360-degree rotation, thus allowing the wok (11) to reach a corresponding working position to perform a corresponding operation. The electromagnetic heating apparatus (13), the wok flipping apparatus (14), and the wok working position control apparatus (15) are all connected to a master control device (7) of the cooking machine to receive control commands issued by the master control device (7) on the basis of a predetermined recipe command, and to execute corresponding operations on the basis of the control commands. Employment of the wok apparatus allows for implementation of full automation and high efficiency energy conservation. |
