摘要 The present invention relates to a process of manufacturing a C-SiC composite material which improves strength, prevents oxidation, and prevents generation of cracks, and more particularly to a method of manufacturing a C-SiC composite material which remarkably shorten a process to reduce manufacturing costs, and facilitates regulation of an amount of silicon powder to prevent deterioration of a final product. The C-SiC composite material to which the technology of the present invention applied is finished trough a preform manufacturing step of manufacturing a carbon fiber by applying a suitable amount of Si powder to the interior of a 2-directional preform arranged in a 2-dimension of the X axis and the Y axis and the interior of a 3-directional preform arranged in a 3-dimension of the X axis, the Y axis, and the Z axis; a concentrating step of making the tissues of the carbon composite material dense by filling methane gas, propane gas, or matrixes formed of liquefied pitches between apertures of carbon fibers constituting the preform; and a hybrid process step of simultaneously performing a process of melting the Si -powder in the interior of the concentrated carbon composite material to give properties of SiC to the melted Si powder and a graphite step of stabilizing the tissues of the C-SiC composite material.
