The present invention relates to a composition for the prevention, alleviation and treatment of a neurological disorder and relates to a composition containing Scolopendra subspinipesmutilans as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the composition for the prevention, alleviation and treatment of a neurological disorder has promotive effects on the mRNA and protein expression ofβ-III tubulin and GAP 43, the protein expression of pErk1/2, and the growth of neurites. According to the present invention, the composition for the prevention, alleviation and treatment of a neurological disorder, specifically, is technically characterized by containing 3-7 ng/ml of Neuro growth factor (NGF) and 6-14 mg/ml of a Scolopendra subspinipesmutilans solution. In addition, the composition for the prevention, alleviation and treatment of a neurological disorder is technically characterized by containing 3-10 ng/m of an extract of Fremella fuciformis or gardenia seeds and 6-14 mg/ml of a Scolopendra subspinipesmutilans solution. Furthermore, the composition for the prevention, alleviation and treatment of a neurological disorder is technically characterized by containing 3-15 ng/ml of an extract of Hericium erinaceum, Angelica keiskei, Humulus lupulus or Curcuma aromatic and 6-14 mg/ml of a Scolopendra subspinipesmutilans solution. |
