The present invention provides a Dendropanax morbifera Lev. fractionate having activities on PPARα,γ, andσ, the fractionate being characterized by: (1) preparing an extract of Dendropanax morbifera Lev. leafs by introducingDendropanax morbifera Lev. leafs into water-containing alcohol; (2) cooling the Dendropanax morbifera Lev. leaf extract to 20-50°C followed by filtration and then separating supernatant of the filtrated solution thus obtained to obtain a concentrate using a rotary evaporator; (3) extracting the concentrate obtained in step (2) for 24 hours at the room temperature using any one or more selected from hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, butanol, and water ; (4) taking supernatant by filtering the extract obtained in step (3) through a filter and then removing hexane by decompressing the supernatant through a rotary evaporator to fractionate the Dendropanax morbifera Lev. extract; and (5) measuring presence and absence of an activity of the resultant fractionate on PPARα,γ, andσ. |
