摘要 The present invention relates to a method for preparing nano oxide dispersion strengthener alloy powders using polyhydroxyl alcohol (PVA). The method includes the steps of preparing a metallic precursor by adding the PVA to a metal salt mixture including base metal and a dispersed-phase starting material so that the ratio of anion valence of a PVA monomer metal anion valence is in the range of 2:1 to 20:1; and preparing nano-metallic powders dispersed having oxides by performing heat treatment with respect to the metallic precursor at the temperature of 400°C or less under the reduction atmosphere. According to the present invention, low-temperature synthesis is possible due to the use of the PVA, so that the nano oxide dispersion strengthener alloy powders can be prepared. Therefore, porous homogeneous-size powders can be obtained.
