SIMULATING AND TRACING DEVICE FOR A CIRCUIT OF HARNESS DRAWINGS AND CONTROLLING METHOD FOR THE SAME

Provided are a device for simulating and tracing a wiring assembly circuit and a control method thereof comprising a control management server, a PLM webserver, and a sharing file batch server. The control management server automatically links a PLM database at a predetermined time and controls that the PLM database is arranged. The control management server simulates and traces the wiring assembly circuit by using an element database and a routing list (RL) in 2D and 3D. The PLM webserver batches and uploads/downloads the storage information of the PLM database for the wiring assembly according to a function control signal of the control management server. The PLM webserver executes an inquiry function for the information of the wiring assembly. The sharing file batch server batches sharing files stored in a processing database according to the function control signal of the control management server and automatically stores drawing information in a designated folder while storing the generated circuit when the drawing to be simulated and traced is uploaded. The present invention is provided to automatically generate the wiring assembly circuit by using the element database and the RL and simulate/trace the same with a 2D and 3D new circuit, thereby rapidly performing simulating and tracing work for the wiring assembly circuit; synchronizing the wiring assembly circuit and a real position; and maximizing the product productivity of the wiring assembly.
