An embodiment of the present invention relates to an automatic material exchange apparatus of winding equipment for a secondary battery. The technical purpose of the present invention is to provide an automatic material exchange apparatus for the winding equipment of a secondary battery. The automatic material exchange apparatus is capable of quickly and accurately replacing a secondary battery material without stopping the operation of winding equipment for a secondary battery. The present invention provides an automatic material exchange apparatus for the winding equipment of a secondary battery, which comprises the following: a rotation and reversal unit comprising a first rotary shaft to which a roll-type feed material is coupled, a second rotary shaft which is installed in the longitudinal direction of the first rotary shaft and to which a roll-type waiting material is coupled, and a reversal shaft which is installed between the first rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft and which mutually reverses the position of the first rotary shaft and the position of the second rotary shaft; a clutch coupling and rotation driving unit coupled to the rotation and reversal unit by a clutch method, and rotating the first rotary shaft in order to allow the feed material to be supplied to the winding equipment for a secondary battery; and a cutting and sucking unit which is placed on one side of the rotation and reversal unit, and which cuts the end of the feed material before the supply of the feed material is completed and sucks the end of the feed material. When the position of the first rotary shaft and the position of the second rotary shaft are mutually reversed by the rotation and reversal unit, the cutting and sucking unit connects the end of the feed material to the end of the waiting material. |
