The present invention relates to an assembly type cartridge for pharmaceutical packaging equipment to control the size of an insertion groove for a tablet in response to the size of the tablet accommodated in a case and the location of a stopper. The assembly type cartridge includes a rotor with insertion grooves for a tablet between gear members, wherein multiple gear members protrude at regular intervals along the outer circumference surface; and a case with an accommodation chamber in which the tablets are accommodated inside, a rotor mounting unit on the lower part of the accommodation chamber for mounting the rotor, and a discharge hole on the lower part of the rotor mounting unit. The rotor has a plurality of coupling grooves on the outer circumference surface at regular intervals, the coupling groove being recessed inside. Coupling protections inserted into the coupling grooves protrude on one surface of the gear members. The gear member is detachably fixed to the rotor.
