摘要 A manufacturing method of sweet rice drink using a hydrangea according to the present invention comprises a mixing step of inputting malt powder into a container, adding water to the container until the malt sinks, and soaking the malt for one hour; a processing step of rubbing the soaked malt with hands so that white liquid comes out from the malt after the mixing step, separating the liquid and putting into a separate container; a broth preparation step of adding water to the malt separated in the processing step, rubbing the malt so that white liquid comes out, and mixing the liquid with the liquid separated in the processing step to prepare broth for sweet rice drink; a broth purification step of maintaining the broth for sweet rice drink prepared in the broth preparation step at room temperature for 24 hours, removing the sediment settled on the bottom of the container, and filtering the residual clean broth with a cloth; a fermentation step of adding properly cooked rice to the broth for sweet rice drink obtained from the broth purification step, stirring so as not to aggregate grains of cooked rice, wrapping a hydrangea material manufactured with dried hydrangea leaves in a cloth, immersing the hydrangea material in the broth for sweet rice drink, and fermenting for 4-5 hours; and a heating and cooling step of boiling the sweet rice drink obtained from the fermentation step in a cooking pot and, then, cooling.
