The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously estimating a nonlinear damping feature of a system and external excitation force comprising step (a) for modeling a nonlinear damping system by using a nonlinear second order differential equation; step (b) for calculating motion response data for two types of excitation forces having different sizes by using the nonlinear ordinary differential equation of step (a); and step (c) for estimating the external excitation force and the nonlinear damping feature of the system from the motion response data calculated from step (b). The present invention is provided to calculate motion response by applying excitation having a constant cycle and intensity to a feature structure system and simultaneously recognize the size of the external force, which is applied to the system, and the nonlinear damping feature of the system by using the response, thereby modeling the precise motion of the system. |
