The present invention relates to a wireless power transmitting device, a control method thereof, and a bias switching circuit. Specifically, the present invention relates to a resonance wireless power transmitting device using an E-class amplifier, a control method, and a bias switching circuit therefor. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the wireless power transfer (WPT) transmitting device comprises: a gate driver outputting an operation signal corresponding to a resonance frequency; an inverter unit formed to be turned on and off based on the operation signal; a bias switching unit supplying different bias voltages to a drain terminal of the inverter unit in accordance to the data signals; and a control unit delivering frequency information corresponding to the resonance frequency to the gate driver and delivering the data signals to the bias switching unit, wherein the inverter unit is turned on and off based on the operation signal applied to the gate terminal of the inverter unit and has an output level varied based on the different bias voltages supplied from the bias switching unit. |
