摘要 Disclosed is a low power current mode signal processing circuit using a sub-threshold MOSFET operation, comprising a power supply unit of a sub-threshold region, supplying a voltage equal to or lower than a threshold voltage to operate a MOSFET in the sub-threshold region, a current signal supply unit supplying a current signal for an operation of a current mode circuit system, a current mirror circuit unit receiving a voltage equal to or lower than the threshold voltage from the current signal supply unit and processing a current mode signal, and a current memory circuit unit bound with the current mirror circuit unit to store a signal during a memory time by a track operation and a hold operation and also having a Dummy MOS to prevent clock feedthrough which degrades storage performance. When the present invention is applied to a portable terminal, power consumption can be reduced to maximize the lifespan of a battery, a current load within an internal circuit of the portable terminal is reduced to maximize the lifespan of the portable terminal, and a processor of the portable terminal can operate at a high speed.
